I think there should be a new forum called Fan Films.Any tv-related films people have made could be posted in there.Like the Doctor Who spoofs you get on YouTube

Theres nothing to stop you setting your own one up. As soon as you know how to write HTML, use PHP BB, have enough money to register online space and a URL, publicise your forum and have credible members, we might pop by for a visit.
