Catchy Piece Now Found - Thank You

Can anyone identify this catchy instrumental tune from ITV's "Piers Morgan In Shanghai" here please:

The piece in question was played twice during the programme.
It was first played from 8-minutes 32-seconds following the interview with Charlie. Piers was showing us around the highest hotel in Shanghai costing £8,000 a night whilst this music aired.
Then again from the beginning of the track at 29-minutes 14-seconds following the Tai Chi shots with Master Cheung. Piers was showing people in the street Celebrity Photographs of Simon Cowell and Gordon Brown etc whilst it was being played.
This piece has been bugging me for a few years now, so a bottle of cyber bubbly if you can identify it for me.

You might be on about Gritty Shaker by David Holmes? If not it will be another one of his tracks called 11,12 & 13 from his Oceans Thirteen soundtrack.

I've gone through the Ocean 13 soundtrack gregg but it isn't anything from there. If you get a chance to listen to the above I-Player clip I'd appreciate if you have any other suggestions where it may be from please?
