DVD Ripper

Hi,

I've been sent something on DVD that I need to edit before I use it.

What's the best way to rip the video and audio off the DVD?
I've tried using DVD Shrink but couldnt convert the .VOB format.

So do you have any ideas what the easiest way to do this would be?

There is a piece of software called Agogo DVD To iPod Ripper its not great but it does the job, worth a look, it converts in to MP4.

Sorry to be a pain but Chopper ripped the content from the DVD into .vob format.
I have done this with other pieces of software the trouble is I can't find anything to convert it so I can edit it.

Super didn't work on my pc anyway so that's out.

Any other ideas? I've tried DVD Shrink but come to the same problem as I had with Chopper XP.

Preferably I need something that will rip video and audio from a DVD into a format like .mpeg.

Is that too much to ask for?
