Chris' website has all the newsbeat beds etc. Although they are in .pak files.

I thourgh people here give links to there website that allow you to convert!

Download the .pak file, rename it to a .zip file and extract the mp3 files.

To see file extensions if you can't already, go to Tools > Folder Options in Windows Explorer, select the View tab and scroll down and ensure that "hie extensions for known file types" is not checked.
