With Fiona Bruce on maternity leave at the BBC, not only will she be away from BBC News but she'll also be away from Crimewatch UK. Before the death of Jill Dando in '99, Jill co-presented it with Nick Ross, leaving him to present the following episode after her death all on his own.

Does anyone know whats happened to Martine Croxall and Heather McCarthy? Have they now left the BBC - they've not been on for ages and they have both been removed from the N24 website? Anyone know anything and if Alastair YAtes and DEborah Mackenzie is a permanent thing - they not that good either.
