Charlene White takes over as the anchor of Loose Women

Andrea has quit Loose Women after 13 years. She will be on air until Christmas.

Sad to see her go but 13 years is not to be sniffed at. I wonder if ITV have known for a while and if they were trialing potential replacements with Ranvir, Charlene and Michelle Ackerley when they anchored this year.

I'd probably go with Michelle Ackerley to replace Andrea as the other two have their commitments to GMB and ITV News.

Ruth may get more days if she is still set to be axed from This Morning.

Nobody has been axed from either show. Ruth now confirmed to no longer be doing Fridays on TM from January but will still do all school holidays.

She has left to focus on her website and brand apparently.

Swear in every clip they show of Andrea's "best bits" they seem to have a different set.

There was a stage where the set seemed to change annually or so. Some of them have aged better than others.

Not surprising. She was there for 13 years and the programme had new look sets almost yearly, as we know.

Saira Khan is the latest Loose Woman to announce she is leaving the programme.

I wonder if they'll introducing more Loose Women to the panel to replace Andrea and Saira or just stick with the ones they already have? I think we might see more of Ranvir, Charlene and Michelle as anchors.
