Will be interesting how this turns out. City TV had quite ambitious plans which obviously doomed them before they even started, but it's the sort of thing which made the channel have a point rather than it just being a cheap news operation and cheap filler. If the other channels are anything to go by though I doubt we'll see much of Big Centre TV (or even a schedule) before it goes to air.

Still no news on the Manchester license? It's rapidly closing-in on the date by which they must launch...

Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if he'd filmed her and vice versa, seeing as in his bit he is right outside the building she's walking around in her bit.

Don't think this has appeared here before, That's Oxford is now broadcasting a looped graphic and reports to be 'Coming Soon' on its website, there's no other information.
