Sky digital 'other channels'

Carlton Westcountry has gone missing from my other channels menu. Can someone please tell me the tuning details (V or H, 22 or 27 or whatever etc etc) for Carlton Westcountry so I can put it back on.

ITV1 Westcountry = 10.832 H, 22, 5/6
