It could be the case the DR have licenced it for other broadcasters to use. It' certainly not the first time a broadcaster has used themes from other broadcasters.

Or it could be that DR bought the music from a third party, and haven't licensed it exclusively, globally?

Last November, GloboNews revamped its on-air look, and, last July, they relaunched their schedule, with more rolling news coverage on weekdays, with the feature programs and documentaries airing on primetime and weekends. They also opened a new studio for the news channel in São Paulo.
Here's how the schedule looks like:
- 6-9am: GloboNews em Ponto , from São Paulo
- 9-10am: a rebroadcast of Globo's Bom Dia Brasil
- 10am-1pm: Jornal GloboNews - Edição das 10h , from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo
- 1-4pm: Estúdio i , from Rio de Janeiro, a more laid-back discussion program
- 4-6pm: Jornal GloboNews - Edição das 16h , from São Paulo
- 6-8pm: Jornal GloboNews - Edição das 18h , from Rio de Janeiro
- 8-9:30pm: GloboNews em Pauta , from Rio de Janeiro, a debate program discussing the issues of the day
- 10-11pm: Jornal das 10 , their flagship bulletin, from Brasília

GloboNews em Ponto (premiere edition, July 30, 2018):

Edição das 10h (same day):

Estúdio i (August 1, 2018):

Edição das 16h (October 23, 2018):

Edição das 18h (July 12, 2018):
