On the top one was that promo meant to air at that point and what was that woman checking for?

It looks to me as though the programme ran correctly, but then the playlist skipped ahead to the next item - a trail which was then followed by the item after that - a live link. Hence the studio went to air with them unaware

This YouTube channel has some interesting videos but I'm not a fan of the way they edit still images to be freeze-framed (i.e. no VHS distortion visible) and also fade out the sound when there's nothing playing. Give us that vintage VHS look and feel!

Haha Laughing And I thought no one ever noticed! Yes, there was a bit of creative license - I think it was to help compress the Real Media files as much as possible.

With the clocks going back, do we think we will get any breakdowns from the feed ending an hour before it should today?

It's possible somebody will cock up a lines booking. The main news channels tend to have their act together these days and there's no Bingo Night Live to fall off air.

The sit-up channels always used to suffer some form of fault during a sale when the clocks went back. Even though they finished at 01.30 in the later years.
