Saw a promo for 'Sunday Scoop' on ITV. I'm guessing its competition for Sunday Brunch?

It's been covered on the previous page alongside Sunday Side Up. As well as in the Daybreak thread.

I guess there is an argument for a unique thread though.

With all this talk of Sunday Bloomin' Sundae and Sunday Sun Dial, the two new morning shows on ITV[1], people seem to have completely overlooked Richard Osman's Prize Island which is starting at 17:40 today. Personally, it's something that I am looking forward to more than the Something for the Weekend clones. "Alexander Armstrong and Emma Willis front this brand new, action packed game show set on a sun-soaked tropical island" is what the EPG says.

When one reads ITV and "action packed game show" together, one can't help thinking about Interceptor. With that pedigree and Armstrong, Willis and Osman involved, it should be a fantastic programme. Some reports have suggested that Prize Island was meant to be broadcast against BBC One's The Voice but ITV considered it too good to waste in that slot and so is instead being broadcast on Sunday afternoons to give a much needed audience boast to ITV Regional News. Although Armstrong and Willis probably aren't going to be the new Croft and O'Kane, they will probably spend the same number of series together.

I heard that is awful and that is why it has been dumped in the Sunday late afternoon graveyard slot.

So far, Sunday side up is terrible. Set looks awful. Format is boring....

I hate Sunday Side Up already. Stephen is doing my head in and the studio seems too cramped and is quite dull looking. I hate the look of the set... The carpet, the desk, the sofa, the shelves. I take it they've gone for an old study or living room look? Whatever it is, the set designer is needing the sack!
The content of the show is also very week... Not very entertaining in my opinion. It seems Sunday Scoop will take a newsier route, and I hope it does. I think just getting rid of Stephen will do the trick. He's everywhere nowadays and I'm really getting annoyed whenever I see him.

Also, a few sound and visual problems. Surely this is what rehearsals are for?

Overall rating... 2/10

It's very The X Factor heavy. If they could sort that out for next week it might actually be quite good. I don't think they will though,

I agree the set is awful, and the theme tune seems very familliar aswell! Content is alright, but I sas hoping to see more than just the X Factor - i am hoping its just because the guests

The audio is pretty poor, levels seem a bit all over the place and is the leaving of mic's up during VT's deliberate?

Why do some of the windows have much darker filters on them?

Overall, I wish ITV would step away from the same old tired faces... Stephen Mulhern, Peter Andre etc and I can't work out whether it's aimed at kids or adults?

I would say it aimed at the youth audience

If it's aimed at a younger audience, then why not have a young person present the show?
