I'm pretty sure he knew what it meant, the whole show is full of sexual inuendos - this being one of them.

Not that I have anything against it, as DAS pointed out in a post earlier (might not have been in this thread), a little comedy thrown in for us adults is harmless fun - it goes over the your (the kiddies) head anyway.

It is on saturdays. It now had either Dick & Dom playing the game with an parent. It isnt as good as last year cos they have that game that the name is too long to say
