Meridian Broadcasting, all-round is a great broadcaster, with good local programmes, however, and it fails and succeeds in various areas... 1. Meridian seem to have an inability to pause a still image so that it isnt slightly jumping.

No that's not a great implementation is it… I think it'd look far better if it was centred underneath the 'Anglia' logotype, and especially if it was a white single-colour version of the ITV logo.
